Eiffel Tower tickets are included in our various tours.
What should I do if I have a reservation with a GUIDED TOUR? +
Your ticket information will include instructions with the meeting point and time for the guided tour. Be sure to arrive early to enjoy your visit without any issues.
What should I do if I booked tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE? +
You will receive the information via email. When you book our tours, you first receive a purchase confirmation email. Later, you receive a second email inviting you to access the private area where you can find your tickets and, if selected, the audio guide.
What documentation is required to access the monument? +
Eiffel Tower tickets are personalized, so you must present a physical, original ID (or equivalent document) or passport at the entrance. This is mandatory; otherwise, access to the monument will not be granted.
Can I present my tickets in digital format? +
You can present your ticket in digital format on your mobile phone, as long as the QR code is legible. Be cautious if your screen is damaged. If you prefer a physical ticket, it must be printed on A4 paper in good quality and double-sided.
Do children need tickets? +
All visitors, including minors, require a personalized ticket to access the Eiffel Tower. The monument offers reduced prices based on age groups:
- Children under 4 years old: Free entry.
- Children aged 4-11: Significantly reduced price.
- Youth aged 12-24: Reduced price.
- Adults aged 25 and above: Standard price.
In all cases, tickets ARE personalized, regardless of their price.
Can I change or cancel my tickets? +
Reservations cannot be modified after purchase. Ensure the name, date, and time are correct when booking. Tickets cannot be changed or canceled, and no refunds are provided. This policy is explicitly stated during the purchase process and must be accepted to complete the booking.
Can I take advantage of the right of withdrawal? +
The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to this purchase, as explicitly stated by the monument. Once the purchase is made, the tickets cannot be cancelled or modified in any aspect, neither date and time nor name of the visitor. Nor can vouchers or additional services added to the purchase be modified.
Can I eat inside the monument? +
No, it is forbidden to access with food, always at the discretion of those responsible for security at the entrance. What is not allowed inside the tower are glass bottles and beverage cans. However, inside the Eiffel Tower there are different buffets and restaurants where you can buy food.
Is there a left-luggage service at the monument? +
There is no left-luggage or checkroom service at the Eiffel Tower.
Can the visit be cancelled in case of rain? +
No, the Eiffel Tower does not close in case of rain, you will still be able to visit the monument.
What happens if the monument closes? +
The monument does not close except on rare occasions and tickets are not sold, as these are usually scheduled closures. On rare occasions, if the monument closes and you inform us at very short notice of its closure, we can relocate you to another day or refund 100% of your money.
Are pets allowed in the monument? +
It is not possible to enter the monument with pets, even if they are small. The only animals allowed are those accompanying people with disabilities, who must present prior accreditation and will be attended and assisted by Eiffel Tower staff.
Can I enter at a different time than the one selected during my purchase? +
No, tickets are for the specific date and time selected during the purchase process. If you do not go on the date and time selected, you will not be able to enter the monument at another time.
How long can I stay inside the Eiffel Tower? +
There is no time limit for the Eiffel Tower visit.
How long does it take to go up the Eiffel Tower elevator? +
The Eiffel Tower has three elevators going up to the second floor and two going up from the second floor to the third floor. If it is a slow day, it will take you about 10-20 minutes to get to the top of the Tower.
What time is best to climb the Eiffel Tower? +
As a general rule, it is best to climb the Eiffel Tower early in the morning or late in the afternoon. If you have availability, it is a good idea to make a visit during the day and one at night to appreciate the contrast.
Does the Eiffel Tower in Paris have a restaurant? +
Yes, it has several restaurants on different levels, as well as buffets and even a cabana bar on the top floor.
