How and when will I receive my tickets?
1. Booking confirmed
After completing your purchase, you will receive a booking confirmation email. If the tickets are nominative, you will always receive a form to fill in your personal details via email, WhatsApp, and SMS. It is essential to complete it within 30 minutes of the booking in order to correctly issue the tickets.
2. Ticket delivery
Our delivery commitment is:
- Up to 24 hours before the visit for advance bookings.
- Up to 1 hour before the visit for bookings made less than 24 hours in advance.
Once the tickets are available, you will receive them by email. Additionally, we may send them via WhatsApp and/or SMS for your convenience. Furthermore, 24 hours before your visit, you will receive an automatic reminder through the same channels.
3. Exception: tours with in-person ticket delivery
For guided tours, tickets are not sent in advance, as they are handed directly to the customer by the guide.
- Tickets are handed over at the meeting point on the day and time of the visit.
- The customer must go to the meeting point indicated in the booking confirmation email.
The type of tour purchased (digital delivery or in-person delivery) is clearly indicated in the booking confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
Is the ticket to enter the Eiffel Tower included in my purchase?

What should I do if I have a GUIDED TOUR booking?
Your ticket information will include the meeting point details for the guided tour and the meeting time. Make sure to arrive early to enjoy your visit without any issues.
What should I do if I booked my tickets with an AUDIO GUIDE?
The information will be sent to your email address. When you purchase our tours, you first receive a purchase confirmation email. Then, you receive a second email with a link to the download area, where you will find both your monument entry tickets and the audio guide, if selected.
What documentation do I need to access the monument?
Eiffel Tower tickets are nominative. Therefore, at the entrance to the monument, you will be required to present an original physical identity document (ID card or equivalent) or passport. This is mandatory to access the monument; otherwise, the tour cannot take place.
Can I carry my tickets in digital format?
You may present your ticket in digital format on your mobile phone, as long as it allows the correct scanning of the ticket code. Please be cautious if your screen is damaged. If you wish to present it in physical format, it must be printed on A4 paper, in good quality and double-sided.
Do children need tickets?
All visitors, including minors, require a nominative ticket to access the Eiffel Tower. The monument sets reduced prices according to age groups:
- Children under 4 years old have free entry.
- Children aged 4–11 enjoy a heavily reduced price.
- Children aged 12 up to young adults aged 24 receive a reduced ticket.
- Adults aged 25 and over require a full-price ticket.
In all cases, all tickets ARE nominative, regardless of price.

Can I change or cancel my tickets?
Once a booking is made, it cannot be modified afterwards. Make sure to correctly enter the name and select the correct date and time, as tickets cannot be modified or cancelled, and therefore you are not entitled to any refund. This is explicitly stated on our website and is explicitly accepted during the purchase process, within the cancellation policy. No exceptions are accepted (including COVID, illness, work-related reasons, trip cancellations, etc.), as published and defined by the monument authority. Once the purchase is completed, THERE IS NO RIGHT TO A REFUND OR PAYMENT REVERSAL, in accordance with the monument’s public regulations, except in the following case: if the purchased service cannot be provided due to the closure of the monument, you will be entitled to a full refund, which will be automatically processed using the same payment method.
Can I exercise my right of withdrawal?
The right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to this purchase, as explicitly established by the monument. Once the purchase is completed, tickets are non-cancellable and non-modifiable in any respect, including date, time, or visitor name. Vouchers or additional services added to the purchase cannot be modified either.
Is it possible to eat inside the monument?
No, bringing food into the monument is prohibited, subject to the discretion of security staff at the entrance. Glass bottles and beverage cans are not allowed inside the tower. However, there are several buffets and restaurants inside the Eiffel Tower where you can purchase food.
Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage service?
There is no cloakroom or luggage storage service at the Eiffel Tower.
Is the visit cancelled in case of rain?
No, the Eiffel Tower does not close in case of rain, and you will still be able to enjoy your visit.
What happens if the monument closes?
The monument only closes on rare occasions, and ticket sales are usually suspended due to scheduled closures. In exceptional cases, if the monument closes and informs us at very short notice, we can reschedule your visit for another day or refund 100% of your money.
Are pets allowed inside the monument?
Pets are not allowed inside the monument, even if they are small. The only animals permitted are those accompanying people with disabilities, who must present prior accreditation and will be assisted by Eiffel Tower staff.
Can I enter at a different time than the one selected during purchase?
No, tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected during the purchase process. If you do not attend at the selected date and time, you will not be able to access the monument at another time.
How long can I stay inside the Eiffel Tower?
There is no time limit for your visit inside the Eiffel Tower.
How long does it take to visit the Eiffel Tower?
This depends on how many levels you visit and access times. For a complete visit including the third level, you may need between 2 and 3 hours. If you only visit the first and second levels, the average time is between 1 and 2 hours.
What is the best day to visit the Eiffel Tower?
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are generally the least crowded days at the Eiffel Tower. Weekends and public holidays tend to have the highest number of visitors.
How long does the Eiffel Tower elevator take?
The Eiffel Tower has three elevators that go up to the second floor and two that go from the second to the third floor. On a low-crowd day, it may take around 10–20 minutes to reach the top of the Tower.
What is the best time to go up the Eiffel Tower?
As a general rule, it is best to go up the Eiffel Tower early in the morning or late in the afternoon. If you have availability, it is a good idea to visit once during the day and once at night to appreciate the contrast.

Yes, it has several restaurants on different levels, as well as buffets and even a champagne bar on its upper floor.
